Health is an inborn right.Everyone should be healthy for living. In my opinion,governments have to protect their publics health.That's why they have a lot of responsibility as state.
Above all states must protect public's health as I mention before.Of course individuals and their family should protect themselves too. Nevertheless it isn't an equal thing that feasibility of a state and a human. Secondly,missions of states are alreadyadvocating their publics rights,protecting their publics.
So,we are voting and choosing a government and we are paying tax them for that situation. Only for our security and life quality.
Thirdly,If states want to defend their country,They need powerful fighters so that defend against enemies.And they have to get enough soldier from public.The more public is powerfulithe more their army will be strong.
Consequently,countries exist with its folk.So,governments have to appreciate their society.
